Teams at SP+ (SP Plus)

Manages parking facility operations, including client service, staffing, employee development, budgeting, revenue and expense control, vendor and procurement needs, accounting tasks, maintenance standards, damage claims, security procedures, and OSHA compliance. The role hires and supervises teams, improves operational safety and customer satisfaction, and ensures efficient daily facility performance.

Assist with managing daily parking operations, customer service, client relations, safety reporting, equipment maintenance, cleanup, and staffing coverage. Ensure location activities follow contractual guidelines and company policies. Maintain knowledge of the garage and surrounding roads, report incidents and hazards, and perform additional duties as assigned. The role requires a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, basic communication skills, and the ability to perform light physical tasks.

Greets and assists hotel guests, transports passengers using shuttle vehicles, handles luggage, provides directions, dispatches taxis, and supports curbside operations. Performs vehicle inspections, fueling, cleaning, trip logging, and disabled-passenger assistance. Monitors safety, reports incidents and hazards, maintains work areas, communicates with guests and staff, and may substitute for cashiers or valets. Requires punctual attendance, uniformed presentation, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable driving record.
