Manage and scale SpaceX's domestic onboarding program by designing, implementing, and improving orientation and onboarding experiences. Partner with stakeholders, maintain onboarding systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse), track effectiveness metrics, prepare weekly orientations, support new hires and hiring managers, and deliver exceptional customer service to accelerate new employee integration.

Own global sourcing strategy, supplier management, demand allocation, capacity planning, and delivery for datacenter memory and storage, including HBM, DDR5, DRAM, and SSDs. The role negotiates high-value agreements, manages supplier performance and supply-chain risks, drives cost reduction, maintains vendor lists, and aligns technology roadmaps with engineering teams and suppliers. The position requires onsite work in Palo Alto or Austin and domestic and international travel as needed.

Leads SpaceXAI’s data sourcing operations, building and mentoring a global sourcing team, developing category strategies, managing supplier networks, negotiating dataset agreements, and ensuring cost, quality, exclusivity, and delivery targets. Partners with engineering and model performance teams to acquire high-quality training, evaluation, and research datasets. Oversees sourcing processes, workflows, planning systems, KPIs, and leadership reporting while aligning data acquisition with model performance objectives.
