Lead cost accounting for a scaling hardware manufacturer: maintain standard costing and BOM accuracy, perform inventory valuation and reconciliations, manage consignment accounting, support month-end close and variance analysis, produce management reports, and partner with Supply Chain, FP&A, and Operations on cost and process improvements.

Lead product quality across NPI to sustaining production for PCBA and system-level hardware. Drive DFx, failure analysis, CAPA/8D, reliability testing (ORT), quality KPIs, supplier management, and continuous manufacturing/process improvements across global contract manufacturers.
