Lead Technical Operations for an AWS-native, HIPAA/CMS-regulated platform: own DevOps, security/compliance (SOC2/HIPAA), IT, observability, incident response, and AI-enabled automation. Build policies, tooling, and a small team; partner with engineering and product; drive uptime, MTTR, deployment frequency, and audit readiness.

Lead a team of software engineers building and scaling Spark’s broker productivity platform. Responsibilities include architecting full-stack solutions, guiding technical direction, reviewing code, managing infrastructure priorities, coordinating product planning, sequencing projects, coaching engineers, hiring, and ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery. The role balances hands-on engineering with people management and is fully remote within the United States.

Design data-rich workflows, interfaces, visualizations, and controls for brokers, agency leaders, and internal operations teams. Conduct user research, translate complex data into intuitive experiences, partner with Product, Engineering, and Data from discovery through launch, contribute to Spark’s design system, and incorporate AI into design workflows.
