Leads corporate venture capital investments in technology startups, including sourcing, investment thesis development, commercial and technical diligence, valuation, deal execution, and investment committee materials. Builds relationships with startups, venture and corporate investors, and SAIC stakeholders. Drives post-investment value creation by integrating portfolio company offerings into SAIC solutions and customer go-to-market efforts. Serves as a regional startup ecosystem leader and manages portfolio reporting.

Develop and maintain database systems supporting electronic warfare data operations. Responsibilities include building front-end interfaces, writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures, designing and debugging software applications, managing backups and restores, preventing data loss, and modernizing legacy processes. The role uses SQL Server, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, Python, Git, and Azure DevOps in a fully in-person defense environment requiring an active Interim Secret clearance.

Lead complex electronic warfare projects and experiments from planning through execution and delivery. Define objectives, schedules, resources, and risks; coordinate engineers and operators; develop test plans and documentation; oversee laboratory, ground, and flight testing; analyze system effectiveness; and brief technical findings to customers and management. The role requires strong electronic warfare knowledge, active Secret clearance, and eligibility for Top Secret clearance, with domestic and international travel.
