Build and coach production leaders, set operational goals, monitor metrics, remove bottlenecks, scale processes, lead change management, own Salesforce reporting and analytics, execute workforce planning, and implement investment risk policy to increase capacity and operational effectiveness.

As Manager of Underwriting, you'll lead a team in making accurate underwriting decisions, manage hiring and performance, and improve processes.

As a Homeowner Advisor, educate homeowners about equity investment products, manage inquiries, and guide them through the funding process while achieving uncapped commissions.

The Manager of Wholesale at Splitero leads the Wholesale channel, driving sales growth through broker partnerships while overseeing a team and ensuring process efficiency.
