Launch and scale Splitero’s wholesale broker channel: prospect and convert brokers, perform due diligence, onboard and train partners, act as primary broker contact, create scalable processes and communication templates, build feedback loops, lead cross-functional projects, and collaborate on a broker-facing portal. Opportunity to hire and lead a team as the program grows.

Lead and develop a team of loan processors responsible for homeowner equity product execution. Own hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, pipeline oversight, policy creation, project management, data analysis, and escalations to ensure high team performance and excellent homeowner experience.

Lead Underwriting, Processing, and Closing teams to drive origination, quality, velocity, and homeowner experience. Build and coach production leaders, set operational goals, monitor metrics, remove bottlenecks, scale processes, lead change management, own Salesforce reporting and analytics, execute workforce planning, and implement investment risk policy to increase capacity and operational effectiveness.
