The Senior Analyst, Strategic Finance will enhance reporting systems, drive financial insights, support strategic planning, and collaborate across departments to optimize finance processes.

Own and evolve SpotOn's reporting platform and data systems. Define roadmap, partner with Engineering and Design to modernize reporting, ensure data accuracy, investigate merchant issues, and deliver intuitive, actionable reporting experiences using AI and cross-functional collaboration.

Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotes, and contracts; maintain CRM records (Salesforce); coordinate with internal teams; manage pipeline reporting, deadlines, and onboarding documentation to ensure smooth sales operations and exceptional customer experience.

Manage a high-volume portfolio of Core Accounts to drive retention and adoption through standardized engagement campaigns, proactive check-ins, upsell identification, cross-team collaboration, and reporting using dashboards and automation tools.

Provide hands-on NetSuite support, resolve integration issues, manage data cleanup, and assist finance with revenue and accounting operations.

The role involves architecting AI-assisted engineering systems, driving projects on AI review, test automation, and multi-agent workflows. Requires deep experience with AI tools, systems architecture, and fintech compliance.

Lead partner enablement and sales efforts to drive partner-attributed revenue. Build and maintain partner relationships, co-sell, manage lead processes, run enablement and events, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to create partner marketing, training, and sales support. Execute CRM tracking and manage multiple partnership initiatives to meet revenue objectives.

Prepare journals, perform cost accounting analyses, manage T&E accounting, support subsidiary revenue recognition, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues, and support audit requests and close activities. Build reporting and dashboards to surface variances.

Partner with ops, sales, and support to identify manual workflows and build AI-driven, agentic automation end-to-end. Architect, implement, deploy, and measure full-stack systems (backend, APIs, frontend dashboards) that reliably replace multi-step manual processes, optimize LLM costs, handle failure modes, and report business impact.

The Staff AI Engineer will drive architecture and implementation of AI-assisted engineering practices, overseeing technical standards, automated testing, and code review systems for software development in a regulated fintech environment.
