Own and execute the end-to-end payments product for hospitality—card-present and card-not-present—focusing on authorization, capture, settlement, routing, funding accuracy, and merchant experience. Lead cross-functional teams, optimize payment performance metrics, partner with risk/compliance and remittance, and drive data-informed experiments and partner integrations.

Manage end-to-end production, assembly, fulfillment, and shipping of sales and marketing materials. Operate shipping platforms, assemble welcome kits, monitor requests, track shipments, and maintain inventory. Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, HR, and marketing to ensure timely, accurate deliveries and replenish stock to prevent shortages.

Manage a portfolio of core accounts to drive retention and adoption through standardized engagement campaigns and automation. Monitor account health, respond to support issues, run adoption and upsell programs, collaborate with product/implementation/support, and maintain account records and engagement metrics. Requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency and foundational customer success experience.
