Own full-lifecycle recruiting for U.S.-based startup roles, including proactive sourcing, pipeline development, candidate engagement, recruiter screening, hiring-manager partnership, ATS management, and offer execution. The recruiter will focus on specialized GTM and delivery roles, use creative sourcing channels and AI tools, manage multiple priorities independently, and deliver a strong candidate experience during a six-month full-time contract.

The role focuses on enhancing influencer partnerships by improving creator sourcing, outreach, and negotiation, while monitoring campaign performance and managing ongoing relationships.
