The Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning processes, optimize corporate financial models, collaborate with G&A leadership, and drive strategic financial initiatives while mentoring team members.

Lead design, build, and maintenance of FP&A workflows in Pigment, own data pipelines and integrations (NetSuite, Salesforce, HRIS), train finance partners, act as hands-on modeler, and drive AI adoption (Pigment AI agents, Claude) to improve budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.

Lead Sprout's Transformation Team to translate executive strategy into accountable, cross-functional programs. Drive governance, resolve conflicts, redesign processes, ensure financial interlock and value realization, enable change leadership, and transfer sustainable capability back to business teams.
