Processes contract updates, credits, usage imports, invoice changes, and customer billing requests. Validates data across ERP and CRM systems, performs level-two reviews, resolves billing exceptions, maintains controls and documentation, supports reporting, and identifies process improvements. Designs and maintains data models, AI solutions, marketing automation architectures, and governance frameworks that support segmentation, targeting, and go-to-market efficiency. Advises marketing teams on data-driven strategies, builds MCP servers and LLM-based solutions, develops innovation roadmaps, and partners cross-functionally on adoption. The role also mentors team members and requires production-quality Python, API development, marketing automation, analytics, and modern cloud deployment experience.

Own paid and organic digital marketing across search, social, display, SEO, AI answer engines, communities, and review platforms. Manage budgets, agencies, experimentation, conversion optimization, attribution, and pipeline performance. Build organic growth and AEO/GEO strategies, oversee technical SEO, and connect channel investment to qualified leads, pipeline, CAC, and payback. This senior individual contributor leads cross-functional teams and vendors without direct reports.
