Design, build, automate, and operate multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using IaC and CI/CD. Support DR, monitoring/AIOps, security remediation, cost optimization, incident response, and runbook/documentation. Participate in on-call rotation and integrate acquired systems into cloud infrastructure while applying AI tooling to operations.

Lead international tax strategy and compliance, manage transfer pricing and related documentation, prepare and review complex US international tax calculations and filings (GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, FTC, BEAT), oversee foreign tax provision (ASC 740/IFRS) and non-US filings, support M&A and treasury tax planning, and coordinate audits with internal teams and external advisors.

Manage U.S. and global benefits administration including enrollments, life events, COBRA, reconciliations, vendor coordination, compliance (HIPAA/ERISA/COBRA/ACA), HRIS integrations, reporting, communications, and support for wellbeing programs and M&A benefits transitions.
