Own the President’s operating cadence across Product, Engineering, and Design; improve decision quality, execution velocity, governance, and leadership communications. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives, track commitments and risks, evolve operating-model processes, and represent the President when needed. Apply enterprise AI tools to automate operating work, synthesize information, improve preparation, and accelerate delivery. Partner with senior leaders across business functions while influencing without formal authority.

Lead product strategy and execution for Squarespace’s customer engagement platform, including CRM, email campaigns, automations, transactional communications, and SMS. Own the Email Campaigns business line, revenue performance, go-to-market strategy, and roadmap. Build and mentor a multi-product product management team, partner with engineering, design, commercial, and marketing leaders, and use data and AI to improve automation and personalized engagement.
