Provides production support and system escalation management for global customer and agent-facing platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, issue replication, monitoring Datadog and Amplitude signals, documenting business impact, coordinating engineering and product teams, managing escalations, supporting compliance processes, and using SQL, dashboards, and AI tools to identify trends and improve triage. The role also serves as a regional technical concierge and subject matter expert for SquareTrade systems and service processes.

Manage and optimize cloud-native PostgreSQL databases across AWS production, QA, and development environments. Responsibilities include access control, backups, disaster recovery, patching, upgrades, replication, scaling, performance tuning, SQL code review, schema support, SQL Server administration, and 24x7 on-call support. The role collaborates with IT, Engineering, QA, and Data & Analytics teams to maintain secure, highly available database infrastructure.
