Leads commercial strategy and analytics for the North America Mobile business. Develops differentiated protection and lifecycle solutions, evaluates new revenue opportunities, builds financial business cases, supports RFPs, and shapes product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy. Partners with Business Development, Product, Finance, and senior executives to drive investment decisions, budgeting, forecasting, client adoption, and profitable growth. The role also requires leading talent and presenting recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.

Design, build, deploy, and operate scalable Python and Spring Boot applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Develop generative AI applications integrating LLMs, tools, and enterprise services. Use AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and CI/CD platforms to deliver secure, observable, highly available services. Participate in architecture, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, production support, and cross-functional collaboration in an Agile XP environment.

Lead strategy, vision, roadmap, and delivery for media-driven claim experiences and enterprise trust & safety. Own product lifecycle end-to-end, align cross-functional stakeholders, drive discovery and data-informed decisions, enable engineering delivery, and measure business outcomes.

Drive channel performance visibility and partner outcomes via analytics. Monitor SLAs and KPIs, identify root causes, develop action plans, implement process improvements, and influence cross-functional and partner behavior. Build measurement frameworks, report insights using BI tools, track execution, and coach peers to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Lead supplier partnership strategy and performance by applying advanced analytics, developing scorecards, managing RFP/RFQ and negotiations, overseeing supplier relationships, mentoring juniors, and driving cross-functional initiatives to improve cost, resiliency, and customer outcomes.

Lead product strategy and delivery for customer-facing voice channels (conversational AI, IVR, contact center). Drive discovery, define roadmap and backlog, collaborate with vendors and engineering partners, measure outcomes, and improve agent and customer experiences.
