Builds manufacturing improvement playbooks, diagnoses plant bottlenecks, supports customer pilots, validates AI-generated time studies, shapes product requirements, and represents the company as a manufacturing expert. The role requires hands-on factory transformation experience, customer-site workshops, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent travel.

Lead and scale global accounting operations: manage month-end close, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, controls, audit, systems and integrations, and build the Finance & Accounting team.
