Manages a regional book of employee benefits clients with 100–499 covered lives. Serves as the primary contact, supports submissions, renewals, amendments, enrollment, plan changes, and client and broker meetings. Promotes additional coverage, product enhancements, and improved plan solutions while coordinating with sales representatives, brokers, employers, policyholders, and vendors. Requires strong relationship management, negotiation, independent decision-making, and knowledge of employee benefits insurance products.

Administers claims, coordinates death and parental leave claims, resolves billing and contract escalations, interprets coverage, and maintains premium administration accuracy. Partners with HR and Benefits teams, provides claims and Evidence of Insurability reporting, supports multiple stakeholders, and contributes to process improvements and customer retention.

Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, benchmarking, compensation analyses, and survey submissions. Support annual compensation programs, salary administration, incentive plans, reporting, modeling, and process improvements. Partner with HR stakeholders and leaders to deliver equitable, competitive pay insights, while handling confidential information and communicating data-driven recommendations.

Senior FP&A analyst owning operating expense planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting. Validates financial results, manages annual planning, influences cross-functional initiatives, and drives process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting quality.

Supports development and enhancement of GGY AXIS actuarial models and data processes for VM-22 valuation. Analyzes model outputs, reserve movements, assumptions, performance, and scalability; supports governance, controls, validation readiness, automation, and workflow improvements. Partners with valuation, pricing, FP&A, investment management, and actuarial teams to ensure consistent, usable results. The role may also support asset modeling, ALM, reinsurance, strategic asset allocation, and related modeling initiatives.

Leads a team of actuaries supporting voluntary life insurance products. Oversees pricing, underwriting, profitability analysis, experience studies, actuarial modeling, regulatory reporting, and product development. Partners with sales, marketing, product leaders, and other stakeholders to guide financial strategy and management decisions. The role requires an FSA, strong group or individual life pricing experience, seasoned actuarial judgment, and people leadership skills.

Own and enhance financial reporting, valuation, earnings analysis, FP&A, reserve attribution, hedging, and projections for individual annuity businesses. Analyze GAAP, statutory, and management results; support VM22, reinsurance, modeling, and business integration initiatives; strengthen governance and controls; develop analytical tools and processes; and communicate findings to senior management. Partner with pricing, modeling, and corporate actuarial teams while mentoring onshore and offshore colleagues.

Leads the JFSA Economic Capital program, overseeing capital production, validation, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Partners with actuarial, finance, ALM, investment, risk, and governance teams to integrate risk and value insights into strategy, pricing, performance management, capital allocation, and growth decisions. Manages and develops actuarial professionals, communicates with senior leaders, auditors, regulators, and the parent company, and advances economic capital use cases and best practices.

Designs, delivers, and manages learning programs for national accounts; partners with business leaders to assess needs, develop training content, and measure learning outcomes. Ensures compliance with company policies and supports employee development initiatives to improve performance and customer service.
