Designs, deploys, and maintains AI, machine learning, BI, and ETL solutions across clinical, laboratory, and operational domains. Builds LLM-based applications, predictive models, data pipelines, enterprise data warehouse architecture, dashboards, and reporting systems. Uses forecasting and simulation to optimize blood product demand, resource allocation, and production workflows. Leads process improvement projects, mentors analysts, ensures data privacy and regulatory compliance, and provides performance monitoring and technical support.

Leads strategic sourcing and category management for Neuro/Spine clinical products, implants, biologics, and surgical devices. Negotiates contracts, develops RFx events, manages suppliers, analyzes spend and utilization, drives product standardization and cost savings, and partners with physicians, clinicians, finance, and supply chain teams. The role also supports value analysis, vendor compliance, contract administration, market strategy, and implementation of product conversions across Stanford Health Care and affiliated entities.

Provides operational and project support for Marketing and Communications, including campaign management, event coordination, budgeting, invoicing, vendor relations, inventory fulfillment, donor correspondence, and process improvement. The role manages recurring campaigns, coordinates internal requests, maintains project workflows, supports promotional fulfillment, and delivers customer service through phone and email while protecting sensitive donor and health information.
