Provide front-desk clinical administrative support in an outpatient pediatric/obstetrics clinic: answer phones, schedule appointments, collect demographics and payments, obtain authorizations, maintain charts and records, and assist patients and providers to ensure quality care.

Provide financial clearance and counseling for transplant patients by analyzing benefits, obtaining authorizations, coordinating with clinical and revenue teams, developing coverage plans, managing patient account records, and resolving coverage/payment issues to mitigate financial risk for transplant evaluation, surgery, and follow-up care.

Partner with clinical teams to design, build, and automate BI reports and statistical models using healthcare data. Translate business questions into analytics solutions, measure outcomes, support quality and performance improvement, and communicate findings to drive data-informed clinical effectiveness and process redesign.
