Provides independent, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a pediatric operating room. Manages complex assignments, coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, applies evidence-based practice, supports safety and quality improvement, documents using clinical information systems, and guides assistive personnel. Requires experience with general operating room cases and the ability to work independently on off-shifts. Pediatric OR and cardiac services experience are preferred.

Provides specialized intraoperative nursing care for pediatric and adult cardiovascular surgery patients. Independently manages complex assignments, applies the nursing process, coordinates with interdisciplinary teams, promotes patient and family-centered care, and supports safety, evidence-based practice, quality improvement, clinical informatics, professionalism, and leadership. The nurse must scrub and circulate in the operating room while maintaining regulatory compliance and effective resource stewardship.

Manages healthcare design projects from programming and planning through construction documents and field changes. Leads project teams, coordinates consultants, contractors, vendors, users, and agencies, and ensures projects meet budget, schedule, regulatory, quality, safety, and organizational requirements. Oversees scope, approvals, contracts, cost estimates, records, space planning, communications, and risk resolution while supporting healthcare infection control and facility standards.
