Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting building design projects under senior engineer guidance. Responsibilities include assisting mechanical engineers, interpreting multidisciplinary plans, performing HVAC calculations, preparing HVAC and plumbing drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, applying engineering principles, and collaborating on integrated design teams. The role includes in-person site visits and participation in a summer intern design project.

Leads large water and wastewater infrastructure programs from planning through delivery. Oversees integrated client and consultant teams, program governance, cost, schedule, quality, risk, contracts, procurement, construction management, regulatory support, reporting, and client coordination. Advises senior stakeholders, manages consultants and subconsultants, supports delivery strategy and funding, and develops client capabilities through training and knowledge transfer.

Coordinates contract administration, project controls, billing support, and financial compliance for government and public-agency projects. Reviews contract terms, rates, funding limits, invoices, amendments, and subconsultant documentation. Prepares month-end reports, maintains auditable records, supports project setups and proposals, tracks cost performance, and escalates compliance risks while coordinating across project management, accounting, controls, and client teams.
