Designs and documents industrial building projects, including warehouses, cold storage, and advanced manufacturing facilities. Develops architectural models, drawings, details, renderings, specifications, and construction documents using BIM. Coordinates consultants, clients, contractors, and project teams; interprets building codes; supports bidding, contract administration, RFIs, site observations, constructability reviews, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, and sustainable design initiatives.

The role involves applying project controls expertise for program management and construction projects, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Responsibilities include leading project management tasks, developing standards, tracking expenditures, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors.

The Project Manager leads port infrastructure projects, engaging clients, overseeing project delivery, managing schedules and budgets, and mentoring junior staff while developing new client relationships.
