Hunt and win net-new small-to-medium business customers within a defined territory using phone, video, and face-to-face outreach. Set appointments, use prescribed sales tools (Tenfold, SFDC), work with internal teams to onboard accounts, present tailored solutions, overcome objections, and drive account retention and expansion.

Support and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding). Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, test, implement, and optimize HR processes and system enhancements. Lead deployments, drive adoption, provide training and documentation, analyze HR data, and recommend scalable, user-focused solutions.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and scaling of enterprise AI/ML platforms (including GenAI and agent frameworks). Enable cross-functional teams to build, deploy, govern, and operate production-grade AI solutions; define architecture and guardrails; track adoption, reliability, cost, and developer productivity; partner with Security, Privacy, Cloud, and vendor partners; and drive platform delivery through agile execution.
