Provide direct client care at a 16-bed inpatient mental health rehabilitation facility, including medication administration, basic medical interventions, and patient education. Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support adults with severe mental health needs and assist with independent living and transition planning.

Provide peer-based outreach, engagement, advocacy, and direct support using lived experience to help adults with severe mental health challenges move toward recovery, independent living, and community re-entry within a 16-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Provide behavioral support to children and adolescents (ages 5–21) in community, school, and home settings. Under TBS Coordinator supervision, deliver behavior management, crisis intervention, self-help skill building, and collaborate with the treatment team to support successful placements. Part-time, in-person role.

Supervise delivery of community-based mental health and case management services, oversee Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors, provide clinical oversight and BBS-compliant supervision, carry a possible caseload, liaise with external agencies, and support clients with complex needs across Santa Clara County.

Provide oversight and care management for clients in the Starlight program, delivering case management/linkage, assessments, screenings, treatment planning and monitoring, and rehabilitation services. Work in community, clinic, home, and occasional telehealth sessions across Santa Clara County; transport clients and perform home-to-home visits. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on prevention and early intervention for individuals at risk of early psychosis and support families.
