Design, document, and implement Android RIL and modem software features for US carriers (Verizon, Sprint). Collaborate with verification engineers to define test cases, follow up on results, and report status to stakeholders. Support proposal development and customer interactions.

Design and document scalable Java/J2EE solutions, perform PoCs, lead architecture governance, guide developers, troubleshoot production issues, and implement high-volume distributed systems (20-30% hands-on coding).
