Manages daily accounts receivable and collections, including contacting clients, sending statements, reconciling billing issues, and maintaining relationships with outstanding accounts. Collaborates with Billing and Account Management while providing hospitality-focused service. The role requires strong Excel skills, organized process management, independent problem-solving, and comfort working remotely with phone, email, and collaboration tools.

Build and own analytics for Provider Operations, including funnel, coverage, quality, tiering, retention, forecasting, and rate strategy. Develop dashboards, recurring reports, quality frameworks, and forecasting models that support operational decisions. Partner with Recruiting, Calendar Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to improve tools and instrumentation. Present actionable insights to leadership and drive adoption.

Partners with Operations leaders and frontline managers on workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, organizational growth, and people risks. Coaches managers, adapts people programs to operational needs, uses workforce data to identify trends, and advises senior leaders on people decisions. The role also represents the People team in Operations planning and feeds operational insights back into centralized people programs.
