Teams at Stewart Title

Manage escrow accounts and settlements for residential and commercial transactions. Handle funds, process closing documents, ensure compliance with policies, mitigate risk, coordinate parties, provide subject matter guidance, analyze data to resolve complex issues, and lead team coordination to complete closings.

Conduct title searches of public and tax records for primarily commercial/industrial properties, determine legal condition and liabilities, and prepare accurate title commitments following company procedures. Work as an individual contributor within a title team under general supervision.

Coordinate with field operations to manage client files and support the FinCen reporting process while delivering customer service and improving processes.
