Design, build, and administer scalable, secure HRIS integrations (Workday and related systems). Implement event-driven patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, data pipelines, monitoring, and security (OAuth2, encryption, SOX). Lead upgrades and enhancements across Workday, Greenhouse, ADP, Prism, and BI tools. Translate business requirements, support end users, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver People technology solutions.

Build and improve Stitch Fix's cloud-native platform and developer tooling. Develop IaC, CI/CD, containerized workflows, and automation to improve deployment reliability and developer experience. Collaborate with engineers, debug systems, and explore LLM-powered tooling under mentorship.

Lead technical design and execution for product catalog systems, owning onboarding, attribute management, enrichment, validation, and readiness tooling. Build scalable services and data models, drive cross-functional discovery, lead initiatives end-to-end, improve data quality, mentor engineers, and ensure reliability, performance, and observability of catalog workflows.

Lead product vision and strategy for financial systems, drive automation of financial processes, enhance data quality, and deliver impactful analytics solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable ML and AI platform infrastructure for model training, deployment, feature engineering, candidate generation, agent deployment, and observability. Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, support platform operations, drive improvements, codify best practices, and influence platform investments to enable production ML systems at scale.
