Lead the Product Algorithms portfolio setting strategy and roadmaps for Growth, Styling, and Fix & Freestyle. Oversee ML/AI, experimentation, and product analytics to drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and personalization outcomes. Build and develop managers and senior ICs, improve operational readiness, and align cross-functional partners to deliver scalable algorithmic products.

Architect and operate the People Technology platform: design scalable, secure Workday-based systems, build Workday Extend applications and Workday Studio integrations, implement event-driven APIs and data pipelines, champion AI-enabled HR workflows, ensure observability and SOX-compliant security, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate HR needs into technical roadmaps.

Partner with Product Designers and Engineers to build high-fidelity interactive prototypes, reusable components, and tooling. Introduce and evaluate AI and modern technologies to improve design workflows, document best practices, and mentor teams to elevate design quality and implementation.
