Leads Stord’s enterprise systems, corporate and fulfillment-site IT, SaaS portfolio, business process governance, master data, privacy operations, and systems integration. Owns architecture, integrations, identity, endpoints, networks, onboarding, vendor oversight, compliance evidence, AI adoption, and M&A systems integration. Builds and manages the IT and Enterprise Systems team while partnering with Security, Data, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, People, and Operations.

Build and ship AI platform features, including agent tool systems, prompt pipelines, integrations, orchestration, and edge-deployed services. Develop reliable LLM-powered applications using TypeScript, Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, databases, and AI SDKs. Own features from design through production monitoring, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product, Design, Data Science, and other engineering teams.

Own Stord’s customer marketing engine, including gifting, customer communications, email campaigns, advocacy, case studies, testimonials, and customer storytelling. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, and Brand teams to support launches, expansion campaigns, retention, pipeline growth, and go-to-market messaging. Manage multiple programs, apply voice-of-customer insights, improve attribution and marketing operations, and build scalable processes independently.
