The Head of AI will oversee the AI product roadmap, internal AI integration, and team development while ensuring AI enhances product and operational efficiency across Stord.

Own quality engineering for Commerce: run structured manual QA, build E2E automation (storefront, checkout, brand portal), wire tests into CI, define Shopify-specific compatibility playbooks, set quality metrics and gates, participate in planning and spec reviews, and lead the teamto shift coverage left.

Own and architect the Salesforce instance across Sales, Marketing, and CX. Build data governance, automations, and integrations to make Salesforce the single source of truth. Operate and scale the deal desk and quote-to-cash workflows, partner with Finance/Legal/CX on renewals, manage contractors, and drive cross-functional Salesforce projects and reporting.
