Whenever someone asks me what I love most about Strata, my answer always starts with the creative freedom I get as an engineer. Innovation is one of our core engineering principles and we have a culture that embraces communication and sharing ideas.

Strata has a culture that I haven't seen elsewhere. The extent to which this company goes to ensure that each and every member is as happy as they can be is stunning. I love that the work I'm doing is challenging and I know it doesn't stop there.

One of the things I enjoy most about the culture at Strata is the social events - there is always a way to get to know your co-workers on a more personal level. A few of my favorite team events have included dinners, bowling, cooking classes and even meeting and petting a penguin!
