Design and build real-time data streaming, distributed systems, and data infrastructure capabilities. Lead complex features from concept through production, influence architecture, troubleshoot challenging systems issues, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, and use AI development tools to accelerate delivery. The role requires deep expertise in databases or distributed systems and involves hands-on technical leadership in a collaborative startup environment.

Lead UX strategy and execution for a next-generation data modernization and AI platform. Define UX vision, scale design systems, drive research and usability testing, collaborate with Product and Engineering, design enterprise-grade workflows for data pipelines, monitoring, governance, and AI insights, and track UX metrics to improve adoption and performance.

Executes outbound engagement with cloud partner stakeholders, identifies joint customer opportunities, leads discovery conversations, qualifies early-stage pipeline, and supports co-sell motions. Maintains partner relationships, coordinates meetings and handoffs, manages outreach cadences in SalesLoft and UserGems, and collaborates with sales, marketing, technical, and partner teams to progress opportunities.
