Build scalable data models, production pipelines, dashboards, reporting, and analytics products for Stripe’s global payments business. Own data quality, testing, monitoring, documentation, and metric definitions. Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into analyses, identify opportunities, and shape product strategy across global markets.

Manage and grow existing enterprise customer relationships, own full sales cycle from strategy to close, develop account plans and cross-sell, lead complex renewals and negotiations, engage executive stakeholders, align technical and business requirements, and contribute to refining the sales process and culture.

Leads Stripe’s Commercial Solutions team, setting strategic direction and scaling enterprise-ready commercial programs. Oversees program management, portfolio and resource planning, deal policies, pricing and commercialization processes, PMO standards, and cross-functional system and process improvements. Partners with senior leadership and teams including Legal, Accounting, Engineering, Billing, and Deal Strategy to streamline deal cycles and quote-to-cash operations. Builds and coaches teams, communicates with executives, and drives organizational change across Stripe’s go-to-market organization.
