As a Product Manager for Support Experience at Stripe, you'll build a platform for user-facing AI agents, develop feedback loops for continuous improvement, and integrate human-AI conversations.

Lead data-driven merchant engagements to diagnose and improve card authorization rates, build optimization narratives and tools, run A/B tests and analyses across PSPs, train Sales, support onboarding to new PSPs, advise on fraud and fees, and relay findings to inform product roadmap.

The Billing Account Executive will drive revenue, lead sales conversations, and collaborate with teams to enhance Stripe's product offerings and customer success.
