Develops, delivers, and evaluates comprehensive training programs across onboarding, cross-training, leadership development, and business changes. Designs curricula using adult learning principles, creates multimedia content, facilitates in-person and webinar training, analyzes performance data, measures training effectiveness, and partners with stakeholders to address skill gaps. The role also leads training projects, supports technology-enabled learning solutions, and recommends improvements aligned with operational KPIs.

Leads, coaches, and develops a regional team of Customer Success Managers serving clinics and providers. Oversees customer retention, satisfaction, account growth, escalations, performance goals, and KPIs. Partners with Sales, Clinical, Operations, and Leadership teams to improve provider engagement, workflows, reporting, capacity planning, and customer success processes. The role is primarily remote and requires up to 10% travel for team and organizational events.

Leads high-priority, cross-departmental programs from planning through delivery. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, governance, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional accountability. Provides overflow support to the PMO, maintains delivery standards, facilitates steering committees and stage-gate reviews, and improves enterprise program-management practices.
