Translate clinical, customer, business, and regulatory needs into testable requirements while ensuring traceability through verification and validation. Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, quality, and regulatory teams from concept through commercialization, and support product strategy, roadmap development, technology evaluation, and competitive analysis.

Leads acoustic and audio hardware development for handheld, battery-powered medical products from architecture through production. Designs and optimizes microphones, speakers, amplifiers, codecs, audio signal paths, PCBs, processors, power systems, and sensors. Conducts acoustic testing, tuning, prototype bring-up, debugging, validation, and root-cause analysis. Provides technical leadership to design manufacturer teams and ensures performance, reliability, manufacturability, battery life, thermal behavior, and compliance.

Leads sales operations analytics by developing dashboards, KPIs, reports, and executive analyses; analyzing complex business data; supporting territory alignment, quota planning, order crediting, and compensation; coordinating proposals and assessments; and improving processes, workflows, data controls, and documentation. Partners cross-functionally to deliver scalable business solutions and actionable recommendations.
