As a Data Engineer, you will build and own the data infrastructure, design pipelines, ensure data quality, and implement DataOps practices while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Lead and scale a West North America enterprise sales team, hire and mentor Enterprise AEs, hit team quota and new-logo targets, expand adoption at strategic customers, ensure forecast accuracy, develop repeatable playbooks and partner ecosystem, and drive AI-driven AR transformation and customer value.

Build and run core People Operations covering onboarding, performance reviews, employee lifecycle changes, HR systems, compliance, benefits administration, manager support, and people data/reporting. Partner with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and leadership to scale processes, documentation, and employee experience in a fast-growing startup.
