Perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, prepare drainage reports, permitting documentation, calculations, and cost estimates. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in QA/QC and design reviews, and attend client and regulatory meetings.

Manage planning, coordination, and implementation of airport baggage handling system projects. Serve as primary client contact, lead construction and commissioning teams, coordinate with TSA and stakeholders, review RFIs/submittals, monitor schedules, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with TSA standards and contract requirements.

Lead and manage development of compliant, compelling proposals and interview presentations for public and private buildings clients. Coordinate marketing teams, graphic designers, and pursuit teams; ensure solicitation compliance and brand consistency; prepare storylines, storyboards, rehearsals, and final deliverables. Support client strategy, pursuits, project descriptions, and mentor junior staff.

The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for managing commercial aspects of projects, minimizing risks, maximizing opportunities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and providing financial performance reports.
