Teams at STV

Leads proposal and interview deliverable development for STV’s Buildings group, managing pursuit schedules, compliance, narratives, graphics, presentations, rehearsals, and client debriefs. Coordinates marketing, project, design, and teaming partner contributions while ensuring brand and solicitation compliance. Provides pursuit strategy, competitor analysis, pre-solicitation positioning, client planning, and mentorship of junior staff. Supports project descriptions, resumes, and marketing database maintenance.

Lead drainage design for transportation projects, perform hydrology and hydraulic analyses, manage stormwater permitting, prepare technical reports and cost estimates, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide QA/QC and technical leadership, and mentor junior engineers.

Manage planning, coordination, and implementation of airport baggage handling system projects. Serve as primary client contact, lead construction and commissioning teams, coordinate with TSA and stakeholders, review RFIs/submittals, monitor schedules, manage change processes, and ensure compliance with TSA standards and contract requirements.
