Player-coach FP&A leader who will hire and lead a high-performing finance team, build an AI-native FP&A tech stack, own company-wide budgeting and rolling forecasts, maintain the multi-year three-statement corporate model, drive budget vs. actuals and variance analysis, analyze creator and network economics, and prepare board and investor reporting to inform strategic decisions.

Serve as a hands-on BizOps leader partnering with the CEO and CFO to drive high-impact initiatives. Build data pipelines, run deep analyses on creator and reader economics, inform product and monetization decisions, conduct market and competitive research, design KPI and operational cadence, and lead a small team while executing frontline analytics and implementation.

The Product Manager for Growth will manage user onboarding, App Store Optimization, and SEO strategy to enhance user acquisition and retention at Substack.
