Coordinates workplace service projects from request intake through closeout. Responsibilities include customer setup, credit approval, insurance certificates, walkthroughs, planning calls, proposals, purchase orders, timelines, scope changes, cost consolidation, and communications among sales, operations, project management, and customers. The role is full-time onsite in San Jose and requires strong organization, customer service, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills.
