Leads nursing and resident care programs in a senior living community. Oversees assessments, individualized service plans, medication management, infection control, clinical compliance, quality improvement, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and care coordination with physicians. Recruits, trains, and manages clinical team members while partnering with Sales to assess prospective residents’ care needs and move-in suitability.

Leads all aspects of senior living community operations, including care, sales, financial performance, occupancy growth, regulatory compliance, resident experience, budgeting, P&L management, and team development. Builds relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and employees while driving revenue, engagement, service excellence, and operational performance.
