Responsibilities include client onboarding, executive relationship management, hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews, quality control, workflow balancing, budget adherence, and maintaining client and team profitability. The role requires extensive accounting experience, hands-on people management, multi-client experience, and proficiency with QuickBooks or similar cloud-based accounting software.

Manages a remote team of client-facing accountants while overseeing outsourced accounting engagements, client onboarding, service quality, workflow capacity, budgets, and profit margins. Builds executive client relationships, resolves issues, coaches team members, supports hiring and training, conducts performance reviews, and ensures compliance with company processes. Provides accounting, bookkeeping, operational, and client service leadership using cloud-based technology.
