Provides senior corporate, regulatory, commercial, healthcare, privacy, and intellectual property legal counsel. Drafts and negotiates customer, vendor, licensing, data use, and other business agreements; advises on product compliance, contracts, marketing materials, and risk strategies; manages legal projects and outside counsel; and supports federal, state, and industry compliance activities.

The HR Director partners with business leaders on employee relations, organizational design, performance management, talent and succession planning, workforce planning, compensation, learning and development, and organizational change. The role leads people initiatives, coaches managers and employees, drives career development programs, uses AI tools to streamline HR processes, and supports strategic goals and special projects in a technology environment.

The Senior Analytics Business Partner shapes data and analytics roadmaps, prioritizes development backlogs, translates business needs into technical requirements, and coordinates delivery with engineering teams. The role serves as a liaison among business stakeholders, customers, and data teams; supports data governance; documents workflows and use cases; manages user acceptance testing; communicates progress; and helps deliver sustainable analytical solutions in healthcare technology.
