Provides advanced analyst expertise, training, and support for electronic health record workflows and other healthcare technologies. Develops employee training programs, supports EHR onboarding and proficiency maintenance, assists with new functionality, upgrades, and go-live activities, and resolves complex clinical and technical issues. Also mentors less experienced analysts and supports clinical employees across diverse healthcare delivery environments.

Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance of an oncology outpatient department. Ensure high-quality, safe patient care, enforce policies/regulations, lead process improvements (Lean), resolve operational issues, coordinate services, and support staff development and engagement.

Supports digital workflows across Sutter Health’s application suite, including EHR onboarding, training, proficiency maintenance, functionality updates, go-live support, upgrades, and complex clinical and technical issue resolution. Provides guidance to less experienced analysts and clinical employees across diverse healthcare delivery environments.
