The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees nursing operations in the NICU, ensuring effective patient care delivery, budget management, compliance with regulations, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Provide routine patient care and support under established standards and policies. Use basic clinical skills and judgment to assist with patient plans of care, communicate with patients and care teams, follow safety and privacy regulations, and document care. Work nights, part-time, and every-other-weekend as scheduled.

Provides direct and indirect patient care including comprehensive assessments, development and implementation of nursing care plans, patient education, interdisciplinary coordination, and ongoing evaluation. Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize workflow and patient outcomes, adhering to policies, regulations, and quality standards.
