Manage department operations for integrated social services, ensuring regulatory compliance and addressing patients' psychosocial and medical needs. Lead interdisciplinary care transitions, link to community resources, optimize resource utilization, drive quality improvement and dashboard outcomes, mentor staff, and manage projects to achieve clinical and strategic goals.

Provide long-term financial planning, operational performance analysis, feasibility studies, and special reports for senior leadership. Collaborate with affiliates, develop financial models, analyze healthcare reimbursement and trends, and translate complex financial data into presentations to support strategic finance objectives.

Designs and delivers nursing education and competency validation for NICU and related units, including orientation, simulations, in‑service training, program development, and compliance recordkeeping with regulatory standards. Assesses learning needs, implements adult-learning curriculum, collaborates with clinical teams, and maintains educational documentation and EHR-related training.
