Teams at Swarm Aero

Define and own bounded product features for Legion, Swarm Aero’s command-and-control platform for autonomous aircraft networks. Translate operator needs, customer feedback, technical constraints, and product direction into detailed specifications, workflows, requirements, and decisions. Collaborate with designers, engineers, operators, government customers, and contractors through design, development, feedback, validation, demonstrations, and delivery. Maintain product clarity, resolve ambiguity, document decisions, and track commitments while supporting the Head of Product.

Translate product specifications and workflow descriptions into polished, implementation-ready Figma designs for complex command-and-control and operational software. Design information-rich workflows, reusable components, interaction details, and edge cases independently. Collaborate with engineering, review implemented functionality, maintain UX consistency, and rapidly iterate based on operator, customer, and engineering feedback.

Build and operate the infrastructure supporting Legion, including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes environments, observability, and deployments across cloud, on-premises, and customer environments. Improve developer tooling, support secure and compliant platform operations, and assist with deployments to customer and test sites. The role requires strong Linux, networking, scripting, containerization, and production infrastructure experience, with potential support for air-gapped and mission-critical systems.
