The role requires a polished, consultative customer approach, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Automotive experience is not required; paid brand training is provided.

Manage finance operations at a high-volume Audi dealership, presenting and closing finance, lease, and protection products; structuring compliant deals; managing lenders, DMV documentation, and funding. Step in as sales desk manager to structure deals, coach consultants, manage floor coverage, and close transactions. Maintain strong PVR, product penetration, complete documentation, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination between sales and finance.

Manage the dealership loaner fleet: assign, check out/in, inspect, clean, fuel, and document vehicles. Process loaner agreements, verify insurance, track overdue vehicles, maintain DMS records, coordinate with service advisors, and support service drive staging and guest communication.
