Owns the full global HR function across 12 countries, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, PEO/EOR partnerships, compliance, immigration, engagement, and offboarding. The role serves as the sole People Operations lead, advises managers, maintains accurate people data, supports audits, and ensures compliant, consistent employee experiences across distributed teams.

Drive revenue by identifying and closing high-value partnerships across new markets and verticals. Act as technical and commercial advisor on GNSS and IoT solutions, co-design customer implementations, negotiate partner agreements, shape GTM and roadmap with cross-functional teams, maintain forecasts, and represent Swift at industry events.

Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, models, KPI reporting, and variance analyses. Build automated FP&A workflows using AI and finance platforms while delivering strategic insights and clear recommendations.

Supports the full accounting cycle, including month-end close, reconciliations, payroll, invoicing, collections, revenue-share entries, and global entity consolidation. The role also supports audits, tax and statutory compliance, external reporting, and NetSuite administration. Responsibilities include preparing accruals, payroll journals, tax entries, audit documentation, and financial analyses while coordinating with external accounting and tax firms.
