Lead and manage full-cycle accounting including month-end close, AR/AP, payroll, tax compliance, consolidated GAAP financial statements, audits, and equity compensation. Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and systems; manage global outsourced partners and a small offshore team; partner with FP&A and leadership to provide financial insights and support fast growth.

Drive revenue by identifying and closing high-value partnerships across new markets and verticals. Act as technical and commercial advisor on GNSS and IoT solutions, co-design customer implementations, negotiate partner agreements, shape GTM and roadmap with cross-functional teams, maintain forecasts, and represent Swift at industry events.

Lead go-to-market for new verticals globally by identifying high-value use cases, building technical and commercial partnerships, negotiating and managing partner agreements, driving POCs to revenue, aligning forecasts with Sales/Engineering/Marketing, and representing Swift at industry events to capture market intelligence.
