Own Synthetic’s visual identity across brand, marketing, and product. Define and maintain the brand, design and build websites and launch materials, and implement product features in TypeScript and SvelteKit alongside engineers. The role requires shipping designs directly, working across multiple design disciplines, and moving quickly in an early-stage, in-person startup environment.

Own top-of-funnel growth marketing as Synthetic’s first marketing hire, reporting directly to the founder. Build and execute B2B SaaS growth strategies for the upcoming product launch, supporting a sales motion with $5,000–$50,000 ACV. The role requires strong marketing judgment, competence, a proven B2B SaaS growth track record, and in-person work six days per week in San Francisco.

Serve as Synthetic’s first dedicated accounting hire, overseeing customer-facing accounting operations, AI quality control, onboarding, billing, invoicing, accrual bookkeeping, and process development. The role ensures customer financial workflows remain accurate as the product evolves, manually handles processes before automation, builds support procedures, and conducts product research while working directly with the founder.
