Participates in educational lunch-and-learn sessions while gaining hands-on experience with engineering projects and client-focused design solutions.

Supports mechanical engineering teams with design documentation, AutoCAD and Revit drawings, design calculations, and sizing of building mechanical systems. Participates in field investigations, construction site visits, and intern education sessions. The role is intended for a mechanical engineering student who has completed at least two years of a bachelor's degree and wants hands-on experience in MEP engineering.

Supports mechanical engineering teams with basic design, CAD/BIM drafting, system design, documentation, coordination with other trades, field investigations, and construction site visits. The role includes developing architectural engineering knowledge through mentorship and the Engineering Development Training program. Candidates must be pursuing or recently completing a mechanical engineering bachelor's degree, with knowledge of AutoCAD, design and calculation software, and Microsoft Office. Revit experience and FE/EIT credentials are preferred.
