Teams at Taara

Leads strategic finance for Taara, building financial models, forecasts, unit economics, and long-range plans. Partners cross-functionally on commercial opportunities, investments, spending, and performance analysis. Oversees FP&A processes, reporting, variance reduction, and finance process improvements, including quarterly close support. The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, three-statement modeling expertise, and experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with potential to evolve into team leadership.

Design intuitive end-to-end workflows and experiences for Taara’s technical products. Conduct user research and usability testing, develop information architecture and prototypes, maintain and expand the design system, and translate complex technical processes into clear user experiences. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, support cross-product alignment, communicate design rationale, and apply data-informed and AI-native approaches to design.

The Director Business Development - Data Centers will define market strategies, establish strategic partnerships, and promote Taara's FSO technology within the Data Center market.
