Drive automation, AI-enabled features, workflow optimization, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, customer success and commercial teams to improve cycle times, throughput, and patient outcomes.

Lead strategy and build 0->1 AI products that streamline complex healthcare workflows across providers, pharmacies, patients, and pharma partners. Own roadmap, requirements, metrics, and product performance; partner with engineering, data, clinical, and commercial teams to launch and iterate AI-enabled solutions that drive adoption and measurable business and patient outcomes.

Own top-of-funnel sourcing for US hires (sales, customer success, operations, marketing). Build targeted sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, maintain ATS pipeline, partner with recruiters and hiring managers, contribute to employer branding, track outreach and pipeline metrics, and iterate sourcing approaches based on data.
